“How do I calculate employer contributions?”

“I’m confused by all these IRS forms.”

“What if new legislation changes the rules?”

We are here to help!

With PRP, you won’t be calling a 1-800 number for assistance with your questions. You will have a dedicated account manager who knows your business and is ready to help you at any time.

Premier Retirement Partners (PRP) will work with you to design, implement, and administer a retirement plan that fits your business. A well designed retirement plan can help you recruit, reward and retain top talent.

PRP is with you every step of the way as you develop that plan.

We will partner with you and your financial advisors to create a customized plan document, which will serve as the basis for your retirement plan.

We can help you select a high quality recordkeeper that is affordable.

We can help you find a financial advisor if you don’t already have one.

Your account manager will prepare the required notices and required government paperwork on a yearly basis for you, such as a signature ready IRS Form 5500, and the Summary Annual Report.

Your account manager will also help you with distributions (required minimum distributions, termination of employment distributions, retirement plan loans, hardship distributions, etc.), calculating contributions (discretionary match, employer profit sharing, safe harbor match or safe harbor non-elective contributions), and determining eligibility on a day-to-day basis.

We are also able to help you navigate changing retirement plan legislation during these changing and complex times.

We administer all size plans, including everything from sole proprietors up to companies with thousands of employees and assets exceeding $100 million.
