About Us

We are a Third Party Administration firm which provides full-service retirement plan consulting, and administration. We specialize in designing and servicing participant directed 401(K), 403(b), 457 plans, and other types of qualified retirement plans. PRP is a non-producing TPA. We do not sell insurance or investment products. We are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Click here for review.

Paul Stang
Principal
Paul has worked with qualified plans for over 30 years. Prior to establishing Premier Retirement Partners as its Managing Member, he worked for a regional CPA firm, a trust company and a national life insurance firm. Paul has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis and a Law Degree from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul.

Cathy (Atkinson) LeRoy

Account Manager

After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, Cathy began her career working for a trust company in Denver, Colorado. She has over 20 years’ experience administering IRAs and qualified plans. She worked for a local TPA firm before joining PRP as an Account Manager. Cathy has her Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation from the American Association of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

Brandon Zinkle

Account Manager

Brandon joined PRP after graduating from Madison Area Technical College with an Associate Degree in Accounting. During college Brandon worked for a large agribusiness in Madison as warehouse supervisor. He applies his organizational and interpersonal skills as an Account Manager at PRP, and is completing ASPPA coursework.

Ashley Witte

Account Manager

Ashley has nine years of experience working with qualified retirement plans. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and is an Account Manager with our firm. She began her career at a CPA firm in Brookfield, WI, performing tax services. Ashley has attained her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and is completing ASPPA coursework.

Michelle Konarske

Account Manager

Michelle has almost 20 years of experience in retirement plan recordkeeping, previously employed by a local CPA firm in the Retirement Plan Services division. She has also worked in the investment division of a bank and the internal accounting side of a large insurance company. She is an Account Manager at PRP. Michelle graduated from the University of Iowa with a BBA in Finance and an emphasis in Accounting.

Marissa Schladweiler

Account Manager

Marissa graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics. During college she volunteered as a Statistics tutor and worked in several customer service positions. She brings her mathematical skillset, her attention to detail, and her organizational skills to PRP as she begins her career as an Account Manager. She is completing her ASPPA coursework.

Karla Wells

Account Manager

Karla graduated from UW-Platteville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Prior to working as an Account Manager for PRP, Karla worked as an inventory control analyst. She brings her strong attention to detail, her determination, and her organizational skills. She is completing her ASPPA coursework.

Debbie Cunningham

Administrative Coordinator

Debbie has 35 years of overall administration and operational experience working previously in the financial trust and investment management industry including direct experience working with qualified retirement plans. Debbie has a strong focus on customer service and brings her knowledge of the industry, attention to detail and organizational skills to her role as Administrative Coordinator. Debbie is currently completing ASPPA coursework.

Jasmine Sluis

Account Manager

Jasmine graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Prior to joining PRP she was a tax intern at a CPA firm. Jasmine brings her analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail to her role as an Account Manager. She is completing her ASPPA coursework.

Luke Gondeck

Account Manager

Luke graduated with a Master’s Degree in Accounting from UW-Whitewater, and has worked 15 years in real estate development and non-profit organizations before joining PRP. Luke brings his organizational skills, his attention to detail, and his process improvement skillset to his work as an Account Manager. Luke is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA). 

Becca Batz

Account Manager

Becca graduated from Madison College with an Associate’s Degree in Finance. Prior to working as an Account Manager for PRP, Becca worked in a Trust Department for almost a decade, but more recently handled HR and Finance Administration for a local company. She brings her strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to her role as an Account Manager. Becca has also completed her ASPPA coursework and is continuing her education further by beginning courses to obtain her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation.
